1. What are expectations and values? Use a dictionary to define each word. Respect:  a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements. Excellence:  the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. Perseverance: persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. 2. NZ Census Roll call! This year is a Census year. A census is a big question form that gathers lots of information about all the people in New Zealand. The census only happens every 5 years. It is a snapshot of the New Zealand population on one night every five years and is compulsory to complete.
