1. What are expectations and values? Use a dictionary to define each word. Respect: a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements. Excellence: the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. Perseverance: persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. 2.
